Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To open an account with 194, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each user is permitted to create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
The name, phone number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate. If false information is found during identity verification, the account and any balance held within it may be forfeited.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.
Enabling two-step verification is strongly recommended. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out on their account.
User Responsibilities
The following actions are prohibited on the platform:
- Engaging in fraudulent activity or using bot software.
- Using another user's account credentials.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
- Attempting to compromise the security or stability of the platform.
- Violating the platform's Terms & Conditions in any other manner.
Payments, Transactions & Bonus Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on 194 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Local mobile payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are available for deposits. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are set in accordance with platform guidelines.
Account identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will not be processed. The refund policy for deposited funds is detailed in a separate section.
Bonuses & Promotions
194's various bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Each bonus must meet the required wagering conditions before a withdrawal can be made. Winnings cannot be withdrawn if the applicable bonus terms have not been fulfilled.

Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
194 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Serious breach of Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity or operating multiple accounts.
- Submitting false identification or documents.
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
- Account closure at the user's own request.
If an account is closed, any valid balance will be refunded; however, in cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
The 194 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. 194 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or third-party service disruptions. Designated policies apply to incomplete bets resulting from disconnections.
Any financial losses from betting and gaming are entirely the user's own responsibility. 194 is purely an entertainment platform and should not be considered a source of income.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Applicable Law
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content on the 194 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is protected under 194's intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Game software and content displayed on the platform are covered by the respective third-party intellectual property rights. These may be used for personal entertainment only and may not be copied or distributed in any form.
Third-Party Services
